Orders & checkout

How do I place an order?

Choose a product, select the available color, fabric, size, and quantity, then click Add to cart. Review your cart and complete checkout securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@wervello.com. Because many items are made-to-order, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once production begins.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Email support immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or failed delivery.

Sizing & product details

How do I choose the right size?

Use the Size Guide and compare the measurements to a garment you already own and like. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit.

Will product colors look exactly like the photos?

Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, and production batches. We aim to show the design and garment color as accurately as possible.

Why do some products have fabric or size variants?

Some apparel items are available in different fabric options or size ranges. Select all required options on the product page before adding the item to your cart.

Shipping

How long does processing take?

Production and processing usually take approximately 4–5 business days after order details are confirmed. Orders placed late Friday, on weekends, or during holidays begin processing on the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

After production, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on destination, carrier capacity, customs, weather, and other external factors.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. When tracking is available, we will send tracking details after your order ships. Tracking can take a few business days to update after the label is created.

Why did my items arrive separately?

Orders with multiple items may be produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations, so packages can arrive separately.

Returns, refunds & issues

Do you accept returns?

Many Wervello products are made-to-order, so we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer remorse, or wrong size selected by the customer. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy before ordering.

What if my item is damaged, defective, or wrong?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. If eligible, we may offer a remake, replacement, reshipment, partial refund, or full refund.

Where should I send returns?

Do not send items back without approval. If a return is eligible, we will provide an RMA number and return instructions. The public correspondence address is not automatically the return warehouse.
