Refund and Returns

Many Wervello products are made-to-order based on your selected size, color, fabric, style, quantity, and design. Because of the print-on-demand nature of these products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer remorse, incorrect size selected by the customer, or preference-based reasons.
Eligible refund or replacement cases
We will review refund, remake, or replacement requests when the item arrives damaged, defective, faulty, missing, wrong, or significantly different from what was ordered.
- Damaged item or manufacturing defect.
- Wrong product, wrong design, wrong color, or wrong size sent by us.
- Missing item from the package.
- Production issue that materially affects the product.
Claim window
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. For sizing or shipping problems, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
Not eligible
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Incorrect size chosen if the item matches the listed size chart.
- Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer.
- Spelling mistakes or incorrect customization details submitted by the customer.
- Minor production variations, small loose threads, or tiny marks that do not affect function or appearance.
- Wear and tear, misuse, washing damage, or customer-caused damage after delivery.
- Items returned without prior approval or without an RMA/authorization.
Fit guarantee and sizing
We provide size guidance to help you choose. If an item appears significantly different from the published size chart due to production error, contact us with photos showing the measurement issue. If the item matches the chart but does not fit as preferred, it is not considered a defect.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Do not send items back without contacting us first. If your claim is eligible, we may issue an RMA number and provide the correct return or fulfillment warehouse instructions. The public address on this page is for correspondence only and may not be the return warehouse. Unauthorized returns, COD packages, or items sent to the wrong address may be refused.
Inspection and resolution
After we receive your evidence or an authorized return, inspection may take 3–5 business days. Depending on the case, we may offer a remake, replacement, reshipment, partial refund, or full refund. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible.
Order cancellations
Because orders may enter production quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed once production begins. Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.
